As pastor of this diverse, energetic, outreach oriented congregation, I am glad to welcome you to this web-site of Church of the Redeemer, and invite you to join us for worship and fellowship!
These pages will give you a good idea of the people and activities of Church of Redeemer. What stands out? We are a Reconciling congregation of the United Methodist Church, meaning that we are intentionally open to all persons regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, age, race, economic status and physical ability. We are a socially active congregation, taking part in a number of religious and community programs that reach out to poor and disenfranchised, as well as serving a free monthly meal on site. We are a caring congregation, providing support and encouragement to each other and to those in our community who are in need. We are a fun congregation which enjoys being together in worship, at fellowship events, at celebrations of all kinds. We are a forward thinking congregation, which encourages exploration and discussion of the Christian faith from all perspectives.
